Refund and Return Policy

PNUS Product Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase, so if you'd like to make a return, please contact us on info@pnus.com.au within 14 days of delivery.

We will investigate and advise you whether your product may be returned and, where required, provide you with instructions on how to return your goods.

Products to be returned to the address of PNUS in accordance with the following procedures:

(a) Approval must first be obtained from PNUS’s Customer Service who will provide a Return Products Authority Number;

(b) As far as reasonably possible, Products must be in the original carton and complete with all accessories and in an undamaged condition and marked with PNUS’s Return Products Authority Number;

(c) PNUS's invoice number and Return Products Authority Number and date must be stated on the claim form;

(d) The reason for the return (e.g. faulty, damaged, wrongly delivered) must be stated on the claim form; and

(e) PNUS will in each case determine at the discretion of the PNUS Customer Service whether it should bear the relevant cost of freight.

Return Process

The buyer must cover the cost of return shipping.   

We aim to process refunds and replacements within 30 days of receipt by us of the original product. Refunds will be issued using the payment method used for purchase.

Address Changes

If you enter the incorrect name or shipping details and the item is returned to us via Australia Post, you will be subject to an RTS (return to sender) fee if we are unable to change the details before dispatch, and a re-shipping fee. We are not responsible for these changes if there is a mistake entered by the buyer.

Product Faults

If you receive a faulty product, please send us an email at info@pnus.com.au and we will investigate as soon as possible.
